Citizen Science Camp
July 12-16

Children will discover what it means to be a "citizen scientist" and how we can help advance science by volunteering our time.

Campers will spend time checking out the plants and animals in the forest habitat and learning how to respect and protect the environment.

Campers will learn how to determine if a forest habitat is growing and in good shape or if it is being affected by an outside force. They will learn how to look at water, moss, leaves and soil to determine the health of the habitat.
